The Ancient Agora was the civic and commercial heart of classical Athens, where Socrates taught and Athenian democracy was practised. One ticket covers both the open-air archaeological site and the Museum of the Ancient Agora, housed in the reconstructed Stoa of Attalos.
It is sold as an independent ticket from the Acropolis; visiting both requires two separate admissions.
