02. The Oceanário de Lisboa is discounted, not free, with the Lisboa Card
Confirmed via the Oceanário's own official ticketing and multiple independent sources: the Lisboa Card gives a 10-15% discount on admission, not free entry — a common point of confusion, since 52 other attractions genuinely are free.
03. The Santa Justa Lift has been closed since September 2025, with no confirmed reopening date
Confirmed directly on carris.pt, the lift's operator: its viewing platform is "temporarily closed," following the fatal September 2025 Elevador da Glória accident that also closed the Bica and Lavra funiculars pending a safety review.
