Editorial Transparency
Our editorial principles, ranking criteria, and commercial-link disclosure.
Editorial Principles
- Comparisons always use published official data.
- Recommendations depend strictly on the traveler’s scenario and profile.
- A city pass is NOT automatically recommended; sometimes individual tickets are better.
- A pass never appears "worth it" without first knowing exactly what it covers — see our Methodology.
Editorial Integrity & Neutrality
Our comparisons are compiled objectively based on publicly available pricing and conditions from each provider. We do not alter official prices or grant preferential ranking to any pass or attraction without a verified methodological justification.
Ranking Criteria
Passes and attractions listed on directory pages (All City Passes, All Attractions) are ordered alphabetically by city and then by name — never by price, provider, or any commercial arrangement. Where a page makes an explicit recommendation (e.g. a pass comparison verdict), the criteria are the factual coverage and price analysis described in our Methodology, applied the same way regardless of provider.
Commercial Links
Some outbound links on this site are affiliate links: if you click one and buy, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Every affiliate link is marked “Affiliate link” right next to it, carries rel="sponsored", and the same notice appears in the footer of every page. Today the affiliate links go to Turbopass, through the AWIN network. We may add other providers as commercial relationships become available; any link that can earn us a commission will be marked in exactly the same way, and this section will be updated to name the provider. Links without that mark (official museum and attraction sites, municipal pass sites, other providers such as Go City) earn us nothing. GetYourGuide is a paid commercial partner: its activity and city widgets are labelled “Sponsored” and any booking made through them may earn us a commission. Commissions never change the prices, inclusions or facts we publish: those come from the sources cited on each page, with the date we checked them. Directory lists are ordered alphabetically or by price, never by commission. One thing you should know: in cities that have a Turbopass pass, its buy button is highlighted in a different colour and the mobile buy bar shows it first. That is a visual emphasis on a provider that can earn us a commission; it does not change any fact, price or ranking on the page, and we do not present it as a recommendation.
Factual Corrections
We strive for full accuracy. Every price or rule correction is logged with the old value, the new value, the source, and the reason for the change, rather than silently overwriting the previous figure. If you find an outdated price or incorrect entry rule, please contact us so we can verify and correct it.
