Frequently asked questions

Does the Firenze Card include the Duomo?

No. The Duomo’s own ticketing FAQ states that the Firenze Card does not give access to the Duomo monuments, and the Florence City Pass does not include them either.

Who books the Uffizi slot?

With the Firenze Card our data records that the traveller makes the reservation. The Florence City Pass handles the Uffizi and Accademia booking through its provider’s own flow, per its FAQ.
