Palazzo Pitti

Cross the Ponte Vecchio to Palazzo Pitti (€16.00 same-day) for the afternoon — the Palatine Gallery and Royal Apartments are the highlights. Note Boboli Gardens behind it is a separate ticket unless you buy the combined option.

Day 2: The Duomo Complex

Brunelleschi's Dome

Book the Dome climb (part of the Brunelleschi Pass, €30.00) for the earliest available morning slot — 463 steps with no lift, and the mandatory timed entry cannot be changed once booked.

Tickets: Mandatory timed-entry reservation; photo ID required matching the named ticket.

Late morning (10:45 - 11:30)

Florence Cathedral

Step into the free Cathedral nave itself — no ticket needed, though it's closed on Sundays for worship.

Duration: 30 - 45 min

Baptistery of San Giovanni

Visit the Baptistery, also included on the Brunelleschi Pass — note the entrance moved from the North Door to the South Door as of 10 September 2026.

• Firenze Card does NOT cover any part of the Duomo complex — you need a separate Brunelleschi, Giotto, or Ghiberti Pass regardless of whether you have a Firenze Card.

Day 3: Accademia, Bargello & Santa Croce

Museo Nazionale del Bargello
