歴史と建築的重要性
現在のゴシック様式の大聖堂は、以前のロマネスク様式の教会の跡地に1298年に着工し、主要な工事は14世紀から15世紀にかけて完成しました。正面ファサードは19世紀後半に、当初の設計に沿ったネオ・ゴシック様式でようやく付け加えられました。
大聖堂の回廊には13羽の白いガチョウが飼われており(殉教時の聖エウラリアの年齢を表すと伝えられています)、最も特徴的な見どころのひとつです。
