Free self-guided walking access to Plaka’s historic lanes (Athens’ oldest continuously inhabited neighborhood) and, within it, Anafiotika — a small Cycladic-island-style hillside enclave of roughly 45 surviving whitewashed houses, built from the 1860s by construction workers from the island of Anafi during King Otto’s palace-building era, on the northeast slope of the Acropolis. Does not include entry to any individual paid attraction, museum, or shop located within the district.
