- Era
- null (UNKNOWN) — a secondary, non-official €7.50 figure existed but was not used pending direct confirmation from smn.it
- Agora
- €7.50 (reduced €5.00 for ages 11-18), confirmed directly on the official smn.it ticket page (/en/tickets/)
Florence GOLD Standard audit: direct fetch of the official ticket page (previously inaccessible/not fetched in the 2026-09-09 audit) confirmed the exact figure the earlier audit had deliberately withheld as unconfirmed. Closes a known gap listed in FLORENCE_CONTEXT.md and KNOWN_ISSUES.md.
Fonte: Museo di Santa Maria Novella (official)paris, barcelona, hamburg, munich, madrid, florence — subtitle
- Era
- Two generic, copy-pasted subtitle sentences shared verbatim across 6 itinerary pages (3 cities each) in en/es, with no city-specific content — rendered as each page's meta description, so 2 groups of pages had duplicate descriptions in the same locale.
- Agora
- A genuinely unique, city-specific subtitle per city (mentioning that city's own transit mode and/or mandatory-reservation attraction), translated consistently across all 9 locales.
Phase 25 (indexation/SEO technical): auditing every sitemap URL's rendered title/H1/meta-description for uniqueness across EN/ES/DE found these as the only violations out of 678 pages checked — two 3-way duplicate meta descriptions, both traced to an itinerary subtitle that was never made city-specific when these cities' itineraries were authored. Fixed with new copy for each city; every underlying fact referenced (transit systems, mandatory-reservation attractions) was already established elsewhere on each city's own pages, nothing new was researched.
florence — new destination
- Era
- Florence did not exist anywhere in this codebase before this audit — no registry entries, no destinationsList entry, no routes.
- Agora
- Built from scratch: 17 attraction records, 8 pass records, 58 relationship rows, all sourced directly from each provider's own official current pages.
First full evidence-first Florence audit, built from a completely blank slate (same starting condition as Hamburg's own first audit).
Fonte: Multiple official sources — see individual registry recordsfirenzecard — status
- Era
- Not previously modeled anywhere; a naive assumption (never published) might have inferred Firenze Card covers 'the Duomo' since it's a major Florence sight.
- Agora
- NOT_INCLUDED — confirmed directly on the Duomo's own official ticketing FAQ: 'I have a Firenzecard: is the access to the monuments included? No.'
This is exactly the kind of inferred-inclusion error the audit's own instructions explicitly warned against — confirming it directly, rather than assuming, surfaced a materially important fact for scenario/comparison accuracy.
Fonte: Opera di Santa Maria del Fiore (official)brunelleschi-pass — price
- Era
- Two conflicting official-looking sources: brunelleschidome.firenze.it (informational subdomain, dated August 2026) states EUR 35; tickets.duomo.firenze.it (the live transactional booking engine) states EUR 30.
- Agora
- EUR 30 — resolved in favor of the live transactional/booking-engine page per this project's source-hierarchy rule (prefer the page where the ticket is actually purchased over an informational page on the same domain), confirmed independently via two separate fetch methods.
A genuine source discrepancy between two official-domain pages, resolved by transactional-currency preference per SOURCE_POLICY.md, with the resolution and both figures documented rather than silently picking one.
Fonte: Opera di Santa Maria del Fiore (official ticketing platform)accademia — officialPrice / reservationFee
- Era
- Not previously modeled; a stale notice on the museum's own tickets page still references a superseded EUR 16 price effective 2024.
- Agora
- EUR 20 standard admission (effective 1 February 2026) PLUS an explicitly separate, itemized EUR 4.00 reservation fee — modeled as two distinct structured fields (officialPrice + reservationFee) rather than one opaque combined number, per this audit's explicit instruction not to conflate admission and reservation fees.
The museum's own page contains a stale/leftover notice about a 2024 price change that contradicts its own current live price table — used the live table (EUR 20), not the stale notice (EUR 16). Also introduces the new structured `reservationFee` field to the schema (see DATA_MODEL.md), since Florence is the first city requiring this fee/admission split to be modeled explicitly rather than folded into free-text priceType prose.
Fonte: Galleria dell'Accademia di Firenze (official)turbopass-citypass, turbopass-flexpass — price
- Era
- Not previously modeled; official pages render pricing dynamically via JavaScript, invisible to static fetch tools.
- Agora
- Confirmed via live, interactive operation of Turbopass's own booking widgets: City Pass EUR 93.90 (1 day) to EUR 153.90 (7 days); Flex Pass EUR 79.90 (2 attractions) to EUR 199.90 (7 attractions).
Static fetch tools cannot render this site's JS-driven pricing; a live interactive browser pass was required to get real, current numbers rather than relying on unconfirmed third-party aggregator prices.

- Era
- Not previously modeled; a naive assumption might have applied the state museums' 'Domenica al Museo' first-Sunday-free rule here too, since it's a major Florence museum.
- Agora
- The state 'Domenica al Museo' rule does NOT apply — Palazzo Vecchio is a MUNICIPAL museum (Comune di Firenze), not part of the state museum network. It has its own separate 'Domenica Metropolitana' free day, but that is free ONLY for residents of the Città Metropolitana di Firenze, not for tourists.
Exactly the kind of free-day generalization error this audit's own instructions warned against (rule 25/38) — verifying state-vs-municipal museum status directly prevented publishing a false free-entry claim for ordinary travelers.
