Exactly which of Real Madrid's four official Tour Bernabéu products (Classic / Classic + RM Games / Classic Flexible Time / Guided) this maps to was not confirmed this audit — do not assume it is the top Guided tier. A comparable Go City product bundling the same attraction name turned out to be a different, third-party-operated tour (see the gocity-madrid relationship below); re-verify Turbopass's exact fulfilment mechanism before stating it is a direct Real Madrid ticket.
