MANDATORY fixed timed-entry slot for the Nasrid Palaces, chosen and locked in at the moment of purchase, non-changeable. Tickets open for sale 3 months ahead and must be bought by 23:59 the day before the visit. Nasrid Palaces slots commonly sell out 2-4 weeks ahead off-season and 6-8+ weeks ahead in peak season (Apr-Oct). Max 10 tickets per person per month; visitor names must match photo ID at entry.
The General ticket covers the Nasrid Palaces (fixed time slot), the Alcazaba fortress, and the Generalife gardens/palace. The Alcazaba was closed 2026-08-18 through 2026-09-22 after a series of earthquakes near Granada (magnitude up to 4.8); it reopened 2026-09-23 with an adapted, conservation-focused route.

有条件. Genuinely tier-dependent, not a flat inclusion. The 48h and 72h tiers include a DAYTIME Nasrid Palaces + Alcazaba + Generalife slot. The 24h tier includes only a NIGHT visit to the Nasrid Palaces (no Alcazaba, no Generalife). The separate Jardines (Gardens) tier includes the Alcazaba and Generalife only, explicitly EXCLUDING the Nasrid Palaces. Confirmed directly on the card's own official inclusions page.
