Limited P1 Restart task: authoring 4 new London attraction guides (kensington-palace, hampton-court-palace, windsor-castle, churchill-war-rooms) surfaced these UNKNOWN rows without notes; scripts/check_provenance_integrity.js flags any UNKNOWN relationship lacking notes so the uncertainty stays auditable rather than silently unexplained. Extended to the other 3 pre-existing London rows sharing the same gap (shard, sea-life-london, london-dungeon) for consistency rather than fixing only the 4 this task happened to touch.
